After signing up, our team will review volunteer needs and match you with an available role and shift.

Closer to the event, you will receive an email with:

  • Your confirmed volunteer assignment

  • Your arrival and shift time

  • Where to check in

  • What to wear or bring

  • Instructions and expectations for your role

Submitting this form lets us know your availability and interests. Your final assignment may depend on where help is needed most.

  • Outdoor, family-friendly event

  • Comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes recommended
